What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal/black tie optional.
Ladies, please wear dressy mid-length to floor-length dresses.
Men, please wear a dark suit or a tuxedo. A tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred.
IS THERE PARKING?
There is parking available at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. This is located beside the venue at 1900 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205 .
How should I plan to get to the venue?
The venue is located within a short Uber or Lyft distance from each hotel listed on our Accommodations page. Parking is also available beside the venue.
Are children invited?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only celebration.
Are the events inside or outside?
The ceremony will take place outside and reception will take place under a tent.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
If you received a plus one, their full name will be listed on the invitation and RSVP.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by Friday, May 10, 2024 online under our RSVP tab of our website.
Are phones allowed during the ceremony?
We kindly ask you to put away your phones and personal cameras during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers and would hate for a moment to be ruined with a phone in the way. Phones may be used during cocktail hour and the reception.
